Executive summary
Revenue for Q4 2025 rose 19.0% year-over-year to RM3,076.1 million, driven by outlet expansion and stronger consumer spending supported by government assistance initiatives.
Net addition of 259 new outlets in 2025, bringing the total to 3,037 outlets; total sales transactions grew 17.4% to 141.7 million in Q4 2025.
Bulk sales e-commerce platform contributed RM13.1 million in incremental Q4 revenue and RM49.7 million for the year.
Financial highlights
Full-year 2025 revenue reached RM11,433.3 million, up 14.5% from 2024; gross profit increased 17.6% to RM1,298.7 million.
Q4 2025 profit before tax (PBT) was RM208.8 million (+26.1% YoY); profit after tax (PAT) was RM157.2 million (+26.3% YoY).
Full-year PBT was RM813.5 million (+23.5% YoY); PAT was RM614.2 million (+25.3% YoY).
Gross profit margin improved to 11.4% for the year and 10.8% for Q4.
Basic EPS for 2025 was 7.31 sen, up from 5.84 sen in 2024.
