Executive summary
Revenue for 1H 2025 rose 18.4% year-over-year to RMB13.32 billion, driven by market share gains in core products and strong growth in precision mechanics, optics, automotive, and sensor/semiconductor businesses.
Net profit attributable to shareholders increased 63.1% year-over-year to RMB876 million, with net profit margin improving to 6.6%, mainly due to improved optics profitability, high-margin precision mechanics, and a one-off fair value gain on contingent consideration payables.
Gross profit was RMB2.75 billion, up 13.9% year-over-year, with a gross margin of 20.7%, down 0.8 percentage points due to product mix changes.

Basic EPS increased 65.2% year-over-year to RMB0.76.
