Financial highlights
Standalone total income for Q1 FY26 was ₹85,128 lakh, with PAT at ₹23,730 lakh, and consolidated PAT at ₹23,728 lakh, all showing strong year-over-year growth.
Net interest margin for Q1 FY26 was 8.8%; cost-to-income ratio improved to 36.1% from 36.7% year-over-year.
Gross NPA stable at 1.34% (up 3bps YoY), with collection efficiency above 98%.
Capital adequacy ratio at 44.1%–44.61% as of June 2025.
Basic EPS for Q1 FY26 was 5.4–5.5.
Outlook and guidance
Growth guidance maintained at 20–22% AUM and 18–20% disbursement for FY26, with optimism for affordable housing growth supported by government initiatives and RBI rate cuts.
Credit cost expected to trend between 25–27 bps for the year.
ROA targeted at 4.2–4.3% and long-term sustainable ROE at 17–18%.
