Financial highlights

• Q3 net outflows were £0.3bn and YTD net outflows were £3.3bn; Investments AUM was £393.2bn, up from £390.4bn at year-end.

• interactive investor Q3 net inflows were £2.5bn, up 32% YoY; YTD inflows were £9.3bn, up 58%, and AUMA reached £111.8bn, up 19% from year-end.

Outlook and guidance

• FY 2026 targets remain adjusted operating profit of at least £300m and net capital generation of ~£300m; cost guidance is unchanged.

• Investment revenue margin guidance remains 19%; three-year equity performance was stable, with improvement continuing in selected strategies.

• Adviser’s return to net inflows is taking longer than anticipated; platform and service changes are intended to better position the business for the evolving IFA market.

• No near-term ii pricing change is anticipated following the 2026 reset; asset growth is supporting operating leverage.
