Executive summary

ABL sales were $962M (+1%), with a 20.1% adjusted operating margin (+210 bps); AIS sales were $255M in Q4, up 204%, with a 21.4% margin.
Outlook and guidance
Fiscal 2026 net sales expected between $4.7B–$4.9B, with ABL guiding to low single-digit growth and AIS to low-to-mid teens organic growth.
Adjusted diluted EPS guidance for FY26 is $19–$20.50.
Margin expansion expected to continue in ABL; AIS to prioritize growth with margin improvement over time.
Assumptions include net interest expense of $25M–$30M, effective GAAP tax rate of ~23.5%, and capital expenditures of $85M–$90M.
