Executive summary
Achieved year-on-year volume growth of 16% to 267 MMScm in Q1 FY25, with CNG volumes up 21% and PNG up 6%, and expanded CNG station network to 650 stations.
Added 27,000 new domestic connections and 157 new industrial/commercial consumers, now serving nearly 1 million domestic connections and 9,456 I&C consumers.

Unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, were approved by the Board and reviewed by statutory auditors, with no material misstatements identified.
Financial highlights
Standalone revenue from operations for Q1 FY26 was ₹1,491.44 crore, up from ₹1,237.10 crore year-over-year; consolidated revenue was ₹1,498.32 crore.
EBITDA stood at INR 301 crore, up 2% year-over-year, with PAT at INR 162 crore, down 8% year-over-year.
Gas cost increased by 31% due to lower APM allocation, replaced by higher-priced gas.
Maintained prudent pricing strategy despite higher gas costs, ensuring sustainable volume growth.
Outlook and guidance
Optimistic about maintaining double-digit CNG volume growth, supported by infrastructure expansion and OEM partnerships.
CapEx guidance of INR 900–1,000 crore for FY25 and INR 3,500–3,700 crore over the next three years, focused on network creation in new geographies.
Focus on expanding CNG and PNG networks, with continued investment in e-mobility and biomass.
Targeting increased natural gas share in India's fuel mix from 7% to 15% by 2030.
