Executive summary
Net sales for the nine months ended December 31, 2025, were ¥296.7 billion, up 0.1% year-over-year; operating profit declined by 2.6% to ¥29.3 billion, while ordinary profit rose 2.4% to ¥30.3 billion; profit attributable to owners increased 3.4% to ¥19.8 billion, with EPS at ¥196.9.
Comprehensive income surged 51.8% year-over-year to ¥36.3 billion.

Earnings per share forecast reduced by ¥1.8 to ¥257.7.
Annual dividend forecast raised to ¥104 per share, with a payout ratio target of 40% or more.
Recovery in polymer additives and semiconductor materials expected in Q4, with new product launches and market recovery anticipated.
