Executive summary
Achieved record-high operating revenue of ¥5,189.97 billion (+3.8% YoY) and operating profit of ¥118.13 billion (+19.8% YoY) in the first half of FY2025, driven by private brand expansion, digital transformation, and strategic asset deployment.
Ordinary profit rose 18.5% to ¥106.47 billion, and net income attributable to owners increased 9.1% to ¥4.05 billion, despite extraordinary losses in financial services.

FY2025 full-year forecast: operating revenue ¥10,500.0 billion (+3.6% YoY), operating profit ¥270.0 billion (+13.6% YoY), ordinary profit ¥250.0 billion (+11.5% YoY), net income attributable to owners ¥40.0 billion (+47.2% YoY), EPS 15.49 yen (stock split adjusted).
