Executive summary
Achieved record Q3 revenue of $80.4M, marking the 16th consecutive record revenue quarter, up 15.6% year-over-year, driven by strong subscription, maintenance, and professional services growth.
Net income for the quarter was $9.9M ($0.35 per diluted share), up from $3.8M ($0.14) in the prior year period.
Subscription revenue grew 23.1% year-over-year, now 67% of recurring revenue, with recurring revenue at $52M (64.7% of total revenue).
Implementation efficiencies improved, aided by AI tools, reducing backlog and accelerating revenue conversion.
The acquisition of Book4Time in August 2024 expanded SaaS offerings and contributed to revenue growth.

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, net income was $26.5M, up from $19.3M in the prior year period.
Outlook and guidance
Fiscal 2026 revenue guidance raised to $318M, at the top end of the range.
Subscription revenue growth guidance maintained at 29% for FY26; adjusted EBITDA guidance remains at 20% of revenue.
