Executive summary
Revenue for the nine months ended March 31, 2026, surged 134.4% year-over-year to ¥24,863 million, with operating profit at ¥4,228 million and net profit attributable to shareholders at ¥2,820 million, reversing a loss in the prior year.
Orders received rose 60.0% year-over-year to ¥38,642 million, and order backlog increased 18.3% to ¥39,972 million.
Financial highlights
Operating profit jumped from ¥187 million to ¥4,228 million year-over-year; net profit swung from a ¥771 million loss to a ¥2,820 million profit.
Gross margin improved significantly, with gross profit at ¥7,426 million versus ¥2,520 million a year earlier.
Total assets increased to ¥29,488 million from ¥27,373 million at the previous fiscal year-end.
Equity ratio improved to 46.0% from 39.7% at the previous year-end.
Outlook and guidance
Full-year revenue forecast is ¥34,312 million (up 63.3% year-over-year), with operating profit of ¥4,854 million and net profit of ¥3,078 million.
No change to previously announced full-year guidance.
EPS forecast for the year is ¥163.93 (post-split basis).
