Financial performance and results

• Underlying profit before tax was $21.1m, down 9% year-on-year; revenue rose 10% to $290.8m.

• Underlying EBITDA remained stable at $48.0m, but margins compressed to 16.5%.

Regional business performance

• North America revenue stable at $151.3m; HHR connection fees now 25% of segment revenue.

• Latin America and Europe revenue up 4% to $69.3m, but gross profit declined due to product mix and import restrictions.

• Asia Pacific revenue grew to $65.0m, with segment profit margin rising to 21% on strong A-Star Raptor™ sales.
