Executive summary
Q2 2025 delivered 12% organic revenue growth, with strong commercial execution and performance in Europe and North America, while International markets saw flat growth due to shipment phasing.
Operating profit (EBIT) rose 41% to DKK 375 million in Q2 and 46% to DKK 844 million in H1, with EBIT margin improving to 25% in Q2 and 28% in H1.
Tablet sales increased 16%, especially in Europe (+17%) and North America (+32%), while anaphylaxis revenue surged 56%, mainly from JextⓇ sales.
Roll-outs of ACARIZAXⓇ and ITULAZAX® for children, and the launch of EURneffyⓇ/neffyⓇ adrenaline spray, contributed to growth.
Free cash flow for H1 more than doubled to DKK 546 million, supported by higher earnings.
Financial highlights
H1 2025 revenue reached DKK 3,049 million, up 12% year-over-year; Q2 revenue was DKK 1,527 million.
Gross profit increased to DKK 2,011 million, with gross margin improving to 66% in H1 and 65% in Q2.
H1 EBIT was DKK 844 million (+46%), and H1 net profit was DKK 617 million (up from DKK 433 million).
Free cash flow for H1: DKK 546 million (up from DKK 272 million).
H1 EPS: 2.8 (H1 2024: 2.0); equity ratio: 71%.
Outlook and guidance
2025 revenue growth now expected at 12-14% in local currencies (previously 9-13%).
EBIT margin forecasted at ~25% for 2025, up 5 percentage points, driven by revenue and gross margin improvements.
Double-digit growth anticipated in tablet and anaphylaxis product sales; single-digit growth in SCIT/SLIT-drops.
R&D expenses to increase double digits, mainly for peanut tablet and clinical trials.
Free cash flow for 2025 expected at DKK 600-800 million; CAPEX at DKK 350-400 million.
