Executive summary
Unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2025 were reviewed and approved by the Board on 10.02.2026.
Expansion of 6048 spindles was commissioned, with an additional 6480 spindles to be added by May 2026, increasing total spindle capacity to 120,816.
Financial highlights
Revenue from operations for Q3 2025 was ₹17,417 lakhs, compared to ₹15,626 lakhs in Q3 2024.
Net profit for Q3 2025 was ₹1,517 lakhs, down from ₹1,594 lakhs in Q3 2024.
Total income for the nine months ended 31.12.2025 was ₹57,544 lakhs, with net profit at ₹4,703 lakhs.
Earnings per share for Q3 2025 stood at ₹26.50, compared to ₹27.85 in Q3 2024.
Revenue includes expenditure written back of ₹6.23 crores for the quarter and ₹8.92 crores for the nine months.
Outlook and guidance
No additional expenditure is expected from the New Labour Code due to the prevailing wage structure.
The upcoming spindle expansion and solar capacity addition, costing ₹57 crores, will be funded through internal accruals.
