Financial highlights
Net profit before tax for H1 2025 was NOK 393.2 million, up from NOK 287.1 million in H1 2024.
Net profit for H1 2025 was NOK 398.5 million, down from NOK 664.4 million in H1 2024 (which included discontinued operations).
Net financial income rose to NOK 225.0 million in H1 2025 from NOK 14.3 million in H1 2024, mainly due to a NOK 218.2 million market value gain.
Basic and diluted EPS from total operations was NOK 5.55 in H1 2025 versus NOK 9.25 in H1 2024.
Outlook and guidance
Liquidation and delisting from Oslo Stock Exchange expected to be completed in Q4 2025.
