Outlook and guidance
Ongoing and upcoming launches in luxury and affordable housing, with new phases and group housing projects in Gurugram; Group Housing-2 (1.09 million sq. ft.) launch preparations in advanced stages.
Data center capacity to scale up to 307 MW IT load by 2031, with 22 MW incremental capacity ready to be operationalized.
