Executive summary
Revenue from operations for the consolidated group reached ₹641.59 crore for Q3 FY2026, up from ₹534.64 crore in Q3 FY2025, with nine-month revenue at ₹1,864.79 crore, a significant year-over-year increase.
Profit after tax for the quarter was ₹144.23 crore, compared to ₹110.37 crore in the same quarter last year; nine-month profit after tax stood at ₹408.31 crore, up from ₹307.03 crore year-over-year.
The company completed a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), raising ₹1,099.99 crore, increasing paid-up equity share capital and strengthening the balance sheet.

Standalone revenue for Q3 FY2026 was ₹401.15 crore, with profit after tax at ₹77.54 crore, both higher than the previous year.

Launch of luxury residential project "The Estate One" and expansion of Anant Raj Estate are on track for Q4 FY2026, expected to drive future growth.
Data center and cloud services expansion, including a 50 MW IT Load MOU in Andhra Pradesh, positions the company for increased digital infrastructure revenue by FY2028.
