Q2 FY26 saw total volumes rise 11% year-over-year, with operating revenue declining 4% due to lower raw material and finished goods prices, but strong profitability and growth were reported.
Operating EBITDA for Q2 increased 48% year-over-year to INR 41 crores, with a margin of 12.06%.
PAT for Q2 was INR 25 crores, with a PAT margin of 7.51%.
For H1 FY26, volumes grew 18% year-over-year, with highest-ever export volumes up 31%.
The company turned net cash positive as of September 30, 2025.
Financial highlights
Q2 FY26 operating revenue was INR 337 crores (INR 3,367 Mn), down 4% year-over-year; EBITDA up 48% to INR 41 crores (INR 406 Mn); net profit up 130% to INR 25 crores (INR 253 Mn).
H1 FY26 operating revenue was INR 713 crores (INR 7,125 Mn), up 4% year-over-year; EBITDA up 34% to INR 79 crores (INR 793 Mn); net profit up 73% to INR 45 crores (INR 445 Mn).
Diluted EPS for Q2 FY26 at INR 4.88, up 131.3% YoY; H1 FY26 at INR 8.57, up 72.4% YoY.
Debt reduced by INR 53 crores in H1.
Exceptional item of INR 5.75 crores reflects profit on sale of old office premises.
Outlook and guidance
Board approved INR 210 crores investment for capacity expansion at Valia facility, with phased commissioning by Q1 FY27-28.
