Opening remarks and agenda

Cash flow from operations was AUD 128 million, with net cash holdings of AUD 69.2 million at year-end and no debt.
Export sales grew 16.4%, now 36.6% of total sales, with strong gains in the U.S., New Zealand, Middle East, and Europe.
Inventory levels increased 3.9% to AUD 249.1 million, with management actions to reduce stock in 2H FY25.
