Executive summary
Revenue for H1 2025 reached PLN 324.9 million, nearly flat year-over-year, with a net loss of PLN 1.1 million, compared to a net profit of PLN 40.7 million in H1 2024.
5,322 units were under construction and 360 units delivered; 471,800 sqm of residential space in preparation.
Strategic focus shifted entirely to residential development, with commercial activities discontinued after the sale of the City 2 office building.

Gross margin on sales dropped to 35.8% from 39.4% year-over-year.
Operating profit fell to PLN 28.4 million from PLN 60.3 million year-over-year.
Net cash from operating activities was PLN 22.6 million, a significant improvement from an outflow of PLN 293.4 million in H1 2024.
Cash and equivalents at period end were PLN 161.6 million, up from PLN 113.6 million at year-end 2024.
Total assets increased to PLN 3.2 billion from PLN 2.83 billion at year-end 2024.
