Executive summary
Achieved strong growth with revenue up 12.4% to R1.42 billion for the six months ended 30 September 2025 compared to the same period last year.
Headline earnings per share increased 13.3% to 261.7 cents; basic earnings per share rose 13.7% to 263.3 cents.
Net asset value per share grew 13.7% to 3,654.9 cents.
Interim dividend declared at 67 cents per share.
International operations, especially in the UK and North America, contributed significantly to growth.

Revenue increased to R1,421.8 million from R1,264.4 million year-over-year.
Gross profit rose to R437.2 million from R367.8 million year-over-year.
Profit for the period attributable to shareholders was R142.3 million, up from R126.1 million.
Cash generated from operations was R232.99 million, with net cash inflow from operating activities at R163.0 million.
Share buyback of 578,504 shares at R15.6 million completed.
