Executive summary
Transitioned from a voice brokering FX business to a scalable, diversified fintech targeting corporate and institutional clients, with a reset year focused on improved controls, accountability, and risk management.
Revenue and EBITDA exceeded expectations despite significant one-off items and expansion costs, with strong H2 momentum and improved trading continuing into Q1 FY25.
Geographic expansion advanced with Australia and Dubai fully licensed and operational, and EU expansion underway.

Financial highlights
FY revenue reached £50.3m, up 1% year-over-year and above guidance; H2 revenue grew 6% YoY after a 4% decline in H1.
EBITDA was £4m with an 8% margin, significantly better than prior guidance but down from £11.9m (24% margin) in FY23 due to one-off charges and growth investments.
Underlying EBITDA margin, excluding one-off costs, was 13% on £6.7m.
Net cash at year-end was £18.4m, stable year-over-year.
New client revenue reached £15.8m, up 4% YoY; total clients traded increased to 2,113.
