Executive summary
Net sales for the nine months ended December 31, 2025, were ¥48,893 million, down 2.2% year-over-year.
Operating profit decreased by 7.1% to ¥6,967 million compared to the same period last year.
Profit attributable to owners of parent surged 207.0% year-over-year to ¥16,185 million, driven by extraordinary income.
Comprehensive income rose 41.1% year-over-year to ¥10,318 million.
Financial highlights
Gross profit for the nine months was ¥12,777 million, slightly down from ¥12,850 million year-over-year.
Ordinary profit declined 7.3% to ¥7,382 million.
Extraordinary income of ¥16,032 million was recorded, mainly from gain on sale of investment securities.
Basic earnings per share increased to ¥218.16 from ¥61.86, reflecting the stock split.
Outlook and guidance
Full-year net sales forecast is ¥73,700 million, up 6.0% year-over-year.
Operating profit is projected at ¥10,750 million, up 5.4% year-over-year.
Profit attributable to owners of parent is forecast at ¥18,831 million, up 152.9% year-over-year.
