• Profit $260.2m vs $259.8m in FY25; EPS 34.3c vs 34.1c.

• Total assets $8.2b; NTA per share $10.84 vs $10.43; MER 0.14% vs 0.15%.

• Full-year dividend 38.5c per share, fully franked, vs 37.0c; yield including franking 6.0% vs 5.8%.

• FY26 LIC capital gain component was 5.0c per share; the FY25 LIC tax benefit was 7.0c.

Dividend policy

• 80 years of continuous dividends; fully franked since 1995; annual dividends rose 37.5% since COVID market lows.

• Proposed quarterly dividends from January 2027: four fully franked payments of 10c per share, with a forecast annual dividend of 40c.

• The Board said it remains focused on sustainably growing fully franked dividends over time.

Returns and shareholder feedback

• Over 10 years to September 2026, total shareholder return was 9.0% p.a.; NTA return post costs, pre-tax paid was 8.6% p.a.; S&P/ASX 200 Accumulation Index returned 6.4% p.a.

• A $10,000 investment over 20 years to September 2026 reached $41,121 including dividends and franking, compared with $29,414 including dividends and $13,309 from share price alone.

• Among 3,424 survey respondents, 91% would recommend the investment, 63% had held shares for 10+ years and 71% rated communications and engagement excellent or very good.

• Shareholders ranked diversified exposure to Australia's share market as their top priority.
