Arise AB, operates in the onshore wind power sector in Sweden and Denmark. It operates through four segments: two segments per country: Sweden Onshore and Denmark Onshore. As of December 31, 2019, its portfolio consisted of 197 operating wind turbines; 3 wind turbines under construction; and approximately 227 land lease contracts for the construction of wind turbines with a total area of approximately 28,800 hectares, as well as land lease contracts for potential projects representing 1,490 megawatts in Sweden. The company was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in Halmstad, Sweden.
