Motzfeldt Project Progress

• Motzfeldt in South Greenland holds a JORC Inferred Resource at Aries: 340 Mt grading 0.26% TREO, 0.185% Nb2O5, 0.012% Ta2O5, and 0.46% ZrO2, with recent Merino assays up to 1.36% TREO, 0.73% Nb2O5, and 2.3% ZrO2.

• 2026 programme includes remote sensing, hyperspectral surveys, bulk sampling, environmental baseline studies, and engineering gap analysis to support exploitation licence applications.

• Processing testwork is ongoing, with final flotation/beneficiation results expected soon, and historic drill core is being relogged to enhance resource understanding.

Clogau Gold Project Update

• Drilling and blasting restarted at Llechfraith in December 2025; bulk sampling is underway, but assays have not yet returned economic grades, prompting a pause for detailed mineralogical analysis.

• New gravity concentrator installed to enhance recoveries; 150t of new blast material collected to date.

• Bat surveys and regulatory compliance enable access to additional in-mine targets, and permitted development notification submitted for further trenching at the historic waste tip.
