Astec Industries Inc is a distributor of materials and equipment for the construction of roadways, airfields and railways. The company operates in two segments: Infrastructure Solutions and Materials Solutions. The Infrastructure Solutions segment offers asphalt plants, heaters, concrete dust control systems and paving products to North American and international customers. The Materials Solutions segment manufactures hot oil heaters, bagging plants, fuel storage tanks, industrial and asphalt burners, custom batch plants and systems as well as blower trucks and trailers.
