Opening remarks and agenda

Audit and Risk Committee was split into two dedicated committees for enhanced oversight.
Board renewal included retirements and the appointment of Anne Loveridge as non-executive director.
Remuneration outcomes for executives were reduced, with the CEO foregoing her FY2025 short-term incentive and the board reducing the executive reward pool by 50%.
