Executive summary
H1 2026 revenue reached €77.734m, up 9.4% YoY, while EBITDA increased 21.3% to €9.3m; revenue growth accelerated to 12.3% in Q2.
Consolidated net loss narrowed to €6.426m from €9.406m; operating loss improved to €1.312m from €3.133m.
Growth was driven by Oncology, Nuclear Medicine and international operations, particularly Latin America; FY 2026 guidance was reaffirmed.
The January 2026 €145m Prevention Division sale supported deleveraging, reducing net financial debt to €35.4m.
Financial highlights
Gross profit rose 6.6% to €32.7m; gross margin declined to 42.0% from 43.1% due to business mix.
Reported operating cash flow rose 191.5% to €7.2m, with H1 investments of €2.1m; cash-flow-statement operating cash flow was negative €0.063m versus positive €3.108m.
Financial result improved to a €5.165m loss from a €10.374m loss; financial expenses fell €4.4m YoY.
Excluding accounting effects, EBITDA growth exceeded 44%.
Outlook and guidance
FY 2026 guidance reaffirmed: revenue €156.5m (+11%), reported EBITDA €20.5m (+40%) and operating cash flow €13.5m (+125%).
Debt restructuring is underway to align financing with the 2026–2028 Strategic Plan.
