Executive summary
Q3 group revenue grew 7.8% year-over-year on a pro forma constant currency basis, with positive trading across the period.
Arts & Antiques segment delivered strong growth, notably from LiveAuctioneers and Chairish marketplaces.
Integration of Chairish is progressing well, with $8m operational synergies expected by FY27.
