Executive summary
Revenue increased 4.6% year-over-year to €48.4bn, driven by a better product mix and higher BEV share, despite a 4.8% decline in vehicle deliveries due to competitive markets, US tariffs, and model changeovers.
Operating profit fell 25.5% to €1.6bn (3.2% of revenue), impacted by tariffs, restructuring, and CO₂ regulation provisions.
Net cash flow dropped 44.7% to €2.1bn, mainly due to lower profit, Brussels restructuring, and the acquisition of Sauber Holding AG shares for Formula 1 activities.
