• Life of Mine (LOM) plan targets 1.5 Moz gold production over 11 years at 86.7% recovery, with five open pits and a 6 Mtpa SABC-CIL plant.

• Mineral Resource Estimate (May 2026): 107.5 Mt @ 1.0 g/t for 3.22 Moz, with 1.70 Moz Indicated; only 1.21 Moz converted to Reserve.

• LOM mining inventory totals 66.2 Mt @ 0.82 g/t for 1.7 Moz, with 77% Indicated/Probable and 23% Inferred resources.

• Project remains robust at Reserve price, generating US$801M post-tax free cashflow; at consensus price, US$2.0B.

• AISC ranges from US$1,897/oz to US$2,049/oz depending on gold price; payback period as low as 0.7 years at consensus price.

Production profile and cost structure

• Nearly 1 Moz recovered in first five years, with 201 koz in Year 1 at 1.16 g/t feed.

• LOM strip ratio is 6.86:1; 8.5% revenue royalty applies.

• Power sourced from Côte d'Ivoire's hydro grid at US$0.126/kWh, providing opex advantage.
