Ayr Wellness, Inc. is a vertically-integrated cannabis multi-state operator (MSO) with assets and operations across the U.S. Ayr’s products include flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, and edibles. Its operations are currently concentrated in California and Nevada. In addition to the branded retail location in Las Vegas, Ayr operates a high-volume production facility with integrated manufacturing capabilities. Ayr plans to open an extraction center in San Diego and launch a second retail location in Santa Cruz that will also include extraction facilities.
