Company overview and business model

• Transitioned in July 2025 from designing/manufacturing electric vehicles to a digital asset strategy focused on acquiring crypto tokens tied to the stablecoin ecosystem.

• Targets infrastructure tokens (e.g., protocols, networks, oracles, exchanges) that support stablecoin issuance, transfer, custody, and compliance, aiming for indirect exposure to stablecoin sector growth.

Use of proceeds and capital allocation
