Bank of Georgia Group Plc, through its subsidiaries, provides various banking products and services primarily in Georgia. The company operates through three segments: Retail Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking and Bank of New York Mellon Bank (Georgia). The Retail Banking segment offers consumer loans, mortgage loans, overdrafts, credit cards and other credit facilities; funds transfer and settlement services; customers' deposits for individuals and legal entities under the Express, Bank of Georgia, MSME and SOLO brands. It primarily serves retail as well as mass retail and affluent segments; as well as small and medium enterprises; micro businesses; middle market companies with annual turnover exceeding one billion GEL turnover or assets greater than or equal to 50 million GEL. The Corporate Investment Banking segment provides loans and other credit facilities; funds transfers and settlement services; trade finance services; documentary operations support services; handles saving term deposits for corporate institutions.
