Outlook and guidance
A July 31 agreement covers the sale of substantially all remaining Hawai'i real-estate interests for $1.77 million gross cash; closing was expected by September 15, subject to customary conditions.
Estimated net sale consideration is $1.55 million; closing is not assured, and completion would enable an exit from known remaining Hawai'i interests.
Priorities include assessing Canadian oil and gas strategic alternatives, including a potential sale, and evaluating M&A opportunities; no specific transaction outcome is assured.
Results through June 30 are not necessarily indicative of full-year results; going-concern statements contemplate normal asset realization and liability settlement over the 12 months following issuance.

excellent app, it gives me free access to company earnings calls and annual reports. I also love the convenience of calls being available offline so I can listen in whilst doing other things and even when internet or WiFi isn't available.
One of the very few apps you could call perfect. If something was to add to it, maybe the share price of the company when you search for it, but it's already excellent.
