The amendment includes reallocation of commitments among lenders and updates to the list of lending offices.
The facility supports revolving loans and letters of credit, with terms and conditions governed by the amended agreement.
The maturity date for the facility is June 30, 2029, with provisions for annual extensions and increases in commitments up to $750 million.
The agreement includes standard covenants, representations, and warranties, as well as financial covenants such as a maximum consolidated debt to consolidated capital ratio of 0.70 to 1.00.
