Executive summary
Unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 were approved by the Board on 14 August 2026.

Net profit for Q1 FY27 was ₹11,879.11 lakh, up from ₹11,318.21 lakh in Q1 FY26.
Earnings per share (EPS) for Q1 FY27 was ₹3.24, compared to ₹3.09 in Q1 FY26.
Total comprehensive income for Q1 FY27 was ₹11,708.49 lakh, versus ₹11,189.68 lakh in Q1 FY26.
Outlook and guidance
A final dividend of ₹0.40 per share for FY26 was recommended, in addition to an interim dividend of ₹4.50 per share, subject to shareholder approval.
