Executive summary
Unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 were approved by the Board on 14 August 2026.
Financial statements were prepared in accordance with Ind AS and SEBI regulations.
Financial highlights
Revenue from operations for Q1 FY27 was ₹56,573.95 lakh, up from ₹48,862.34 lakh in Q1 FY26.
Profit before tax for Q1 FY27 stood at ₹16,563.05 lakh, compared to ₹15,389.41 lakh in Q1 FY26.
Net profit for Q1 FY27 was ₹11,879.11 lakh, up from ₹11,318.21 lakh in Q1 FY26.
Earnings per share (EPS) for Q1 FY27 was ₹3.24, compared to ₹3.09 in Q1 FY26.
Total comprehensive income for Q1 FY27 was ₹11,708.49 lakh, versus ₹11,189.68 lakh in Q1 FY26.
Outlook and guidance
A final dividend of ₹0.40 per share for FY26 was recommended, in addition to an interim dividend of ₹4.50 per share, subject to shareholder approval.
