Executive summary
FY2025-26 results were heavily impacted by €369.4m of fixed-asset impairments, including goodwill, recognized following enterprise valuations amid the financial restructuring.
Accelerated safeguard proceedings were extended to Dec. 17, 2026; the hearing to review the plan is set for Dec. 9, 2026.
Financial highlights

Operating loss was €378.7m vs. €2.0m; net loss was €394.9m vs. net income of €0.3m.

Restructuring operations are expected to be completed by the end of Q1 2027, following adoption of the accelerated safeguard plan.
Creditors and shareholders will vote on the draft plan within classes of affected parties before the Court rules on adoption.
