First interim report covers 6 Nov 2024 to 30 Jun 2025, following acquisition of Blue Yield AS and listing on Nordic SME.

Financial highlights
Operating profit for the period was SEK -10,437 thousand.
Net loss for the period was SEK -11,950 thousand, or SEK -3.73 per share.
Net asset value (NAV) per share at 30 June 2025 was SEK 91.35.
Market value per share at period end was SEK 100.00.
Loss mainly due to SEK 6,100 thousand in non-recurring acquisition and share issue costs, and SEK 5,700 thousand in unrealised fair value changes.
Outlook and guidance
Focus remains on building and developing the portfolio to drive value growth and provide attractive dividend yield.
Continued investment in existing portfolio companies, especially in dry bulk and MPP segments.
