Executive summary
Achieved net revenue of DKK 351.97 million in 2024/25, up DKK 35.70 million year-over-year, driven by new subsidiary West Electric Trading ApS and increased parent company activity.
Result before tax and minority interests was DKK 19.30 million, an increase of DKK 3.28 million compared to the previous year.
Net profit after tax reached DKK 14.66 million, up DKK 2.46 million year-over-year, mainly due to higher activity and results in the parent company.
Equity at year-end was DKK 136.74 million, with a solidity ratio of 59.21%, up from 55.88% last year.
