Executive summary
Net profit after tax for the 6 months ended 30 September 2025 was $849,595, up 93.6% year-over-year.
Group operating revenue (excluding IFRS 16 interest income) decreased by 0.75% to $12.3M compared to the same period last year.
The group has no debt and held $5.6M in cash reserves at period end.
Total system sales across all brands and regions were $54.6M, down 0.3% year-over-year.

No further growth expected in the MENA region for FY26, but presence will be maintained.
