Activity reached 705,063 units, 3.6x the prior-year level; newer verticals generated 83% of operational activity.
Financial highlights
Net revenue was €14.77M vs. €7.66M; Q2 revenue reached €7.46M, up 168% YoY, following 49.9% growth in Q1.
Adjusted EBITDA was €1.81M vs. €0.43M; statutory EBITDA turned positive at €0.58M vs. negative €0.58M.
Operating income was €0.996M vs. €0.351M; pretax income was €0.997M vs. €0.272M, and net income was €0.748M vs. €0.272M.
Gross profit rose 73% to €12.24M, while operating expenses rose 56% and personnel expenses 23%, below 93% revenue growth.
Outlook and guidance
FY 2026 revenue target remains ~€29M; H1 represented 51% of the target, which would bring forward the prior plan by one year.
H2 priorities include expanding into China and Latin America; the platform covers 70+ visa destinations and 190+ eSIM countries.
ETIAS and similar digital travel authorization requirements are expected to support growth in demand for online travel processes.
