Executive summary
June 2024 quarter production at Warrawoona rose 12% to 16,905 oz at an AISC of $2,601/oz, with a record monthly output of 6,382 oz in June.
H2 guidance was met with 32,023 oz produced, but Blue Bar mining was delayed by rain, impacting output by ~1,700 oz.
Receivers and Managers and Administrators were appointed to Calidus Resources and subsidiaries as of 1 July 2024.
Financial highlights
$45.8M revenue from 14,594 oz gold sold at an average price of A$3,140/oz in the quarter; 3,141 oz bullion unsold at quarter end.
Cash and cash equivalents at 30 June 2024 were $30.2M, including $19.2M cash and $11.0M bullion.
Hedge position reduced by 5,000 oz during the quarter; entire 73,000 oz hedge closed post quarter at a cost of $86.7M.
Project loan facility with Macquarie Bank increased to ~$148.0M post quarter end after hedge close out.
Share Purchase Plan raised $6.0M via issue of 52.2M shares at $0.115/share.
Outlook and guidance
All forward production guidance suspended due to appointment of Receivers and Managers.
Processing of remaining ROM stocks and low grade at Warrawoona to continue until year end.
