Executive summary
Completed a landmark Rs. 2,000 crore (₹20,000 million) qualified institutional placement, strengthening the balance sheet and enabling expansion across lending verticals and technology investments.

Capital adequacy ratio increased to 34.5% following a ₹20 bn equity infusion.
