EBITDA: €173.5M, down 9.9% year-over-year; non-GAAP EBITDA €171.5M, down 5.7%, with €7M negative FX impact.
EBIT (non-GAAP): €105.0M, down 12.5%; depreciation and amortization rose to €66.5M.
Net cash: €144M as of June 30, 2025; financial result dropped to €2.7M from €22.1M due to lower net FX income.
Non-GAAP EBITDA margin: 21.2% (down from 22.6%); EBIT margin: 13.0% (down from 14.9%).
Outlook and guidance
2025 guidance confirmed: revenue ~€1.75B, EBITDA ~€415M, net cash ~€410M, CapEx €98M, excluding non-recurring items.
Guidance excludes non-recurring items and is based on like-for-like ongoing operations.
Management expects to recover H1 one-off impacts in H2, especially in Egypt and Belgium.
Planned investments include €14M for sustainability projects; no new external financing expected.
