Hospitality revenue increased 18% YoY to ₹3,900 crore, with RevPAR up 10% and ADR up 17%; occupancy at 66%.
Rental and annuity portfolio revenue rose 106% YoY to ₹732 crore, with EBITDA margin at 83.1%.
Outlook and guidance
Targeting over 5,000 operational and pipeline rooms by year-end, with 1,200 rooms in various development stages.
Double-digit RevPAR growth expected to continue for the next 2–4 years, supported by strong demand and limited effective supply additions.
CapEx of INR 2,000 crore planned by FY27, primarily funded through internal accruals.
Committed to achieving net-zero GHG emissions by 2040 and 100% renewable energy by 2030.
