Charah Corporation provides environmental remediation services to support the restoration of soil, water, and air resources; and waste management services to reduce or eliminate pollution at industrial sites by treating, storing and disposing of hazardous waste materials. CER Power Services, Inc., through its wholly-owned subsidiary CER Power Technologies, LLC, provides environmental engineering consulting services to support the power generation industry nationwide. Charah Solutions, Inc. was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky.
