Chorus Aviation Inc., operates through three segments: Airline, Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO), and Charter. The Airline segment provides regional commercial scheduled passenger services with turboprop airplanes; regional and medium-range commercial air services with turbo-prop airplanes and regional jet airplanes; and scheduled passenger services on a wet lease basis to mainline carriers that do not operate their own regionally configured aircraft fleets. The MRO segment offers line maintenance, heavy maintenance, component overhaul, engineering design repairs and alterations, customized interior modifications on narrow body aircrafts, as well as ground handling services. The Charter segment provides air charter services. It also engages in flight training activities at the Jazz Aviation Flight Training Centre; aviation consulting services; and aircraft sales. Chorus Aviation Inc. was incorporated in 2009 and is based in Halifax, Canada.
