Cincinnati Financial Corporation is a provider of property casualty insurance products in the United States. The company offers personal lines insurance, including homeowners, renters, and condominium associations, as well as auto and general liability insurance. It operates through two segments, Property Insurance and Specialty Insurance. The Property Insurance segment offers homeowners policies; renters policies; condo association policies; and apartment association policies. This segment also provides personal umbrella liability insurance to protect individuals from liabilities that exceed their underlying primary liability coverage. The Specialty Insurance segment offers business owners' policies, commercial auto property and casualty coverages, umbrella coverages for small businesses, construction risk management coverage for contractors, and accident and health coverages. This segment also provides excess liability protection for professional service providers; medical-only group disability coverage; retiree group life insurance through third party administrators; and short-term disability insurance.
