Opening remarks and agenda
New Chair Mark Hawthorne opened the AGM, acknowledged predecessor Robert Kaye SC, and introduced the board and executive team.

Net operating cash flow reached AUD 150.1 million with a 94% cash conversion rate; net debt reduced to AUD 119.6 million.
Return on shareholders' equity increased by 220 basis points to 14.5%.
Dividend announcements
Declared a final fully franked dividend of AUD 0.15 per share, bringing the total FY 2026 dividend to AUD 0.28 per share, up from AUD 0.26.
