Net sales for Q3 2025 reached $1.63 billion, up 51% year-over-year, with adjusted EBITDA of $402 million, up 97%, marking the sixth consecutive quarter of sequential improvement.
RemainCo (ANS and RUCKUS) delivered $516 million in net sales, up 49% year-over-year, and $91 million in adjusted EBITDA, up 95%.
